  • Yoga

    Saturdays 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

    Improve strength and flexibility in this 90 minute yoga class that focuses on alignment and therapeutics. Through the use of props, students and the work accessible at a deeper level, giving them a clear understanding of the energetic use of the body. Come away from each class feeling integrated, invigorated and replenished.

  • LaBlast Fitness

    Mondays 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM AND Wednesdays 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

    LaBlast® is a perfect balance between dance and Fitness. The workout is in disguise while you learn the dances seen on “Dancing with the Stars” like the Disco, Rumba, Jive, Salsa, Paso Doble, Samba, and many more. This is a solo class, so no partner needed!

  • Belly Dancing

    Tuesdays 8:15 PM – 9:15 PM

    Open to all genders and levels, this class will focus on fundamentals while also helping dancers to improve their technique. Learn about the world of belly dancing through music and movement.

  • Social Dance

    Beginner: Tuesdays 6:45 PM – 7:30 PM

    Intermediate: Tuesdays 7:30 PM – 8:15 PM

    Learn the basics of the most important dances you can use immediately when going out social dancing. Master the foundation of two dances every month including Waltz & Rumba, Foxtrot & Swing, and Tango & Salsa!

  • Competitive Standard & Smooth Technique

    Wednesdays 6:45 PM – 7:30 PM

    This class covers the technique and body mechanics of Standard and Smooth required for competitive dancing. It is an excellent supplement for students to practice their mechanics without a partner. The class is also a great stepping stone for students who have completed the Beginner Social Dance class and have a good understanding of basic Standard and Smooth Figures.

  • Ballroom Beautiful

    Thursdays 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

    This unique class is tailored specifically to strengthen and lengthen muscles groups used in ballroom dancing. This class provides great cross training for ballroom dancers of all levels and for those interested in gentle but effective conditioning exercises for overall health and well being. Key elements include stretching and lengthening, strengthening core and postural muscles, and bringing deep awareness to body balance, posture and hold.

  • Intermediate Hustle

    Thursdays 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

    Each week’s class material stands alone, yet is structured to focus on the same specific Hustle skill each week for the entire month. This supports students gaining mastery of the focus skill, while still adding multiple steps and patterns that include the focus skill to their repertoire. A fun and friendly group of talented regulars attend who welcome new dancers with no partner necessary.

  • Competitive Rhythm & Latin Technique

    Fridays 6:45 PM – 7:30 PM

    Learn the fundamentals of Rhythm and Latin each week. Each month covers a different dance to improve balance, coordination, timing, and body action. No partner necessary.

  • Salsa

    Beginner: Fridays 7:30 PM – 8:15 PM

    Intermediate: Fridays 8:15 PM – 9:00 PM

    Join us for a fun Friday night salsa class where you can dance with friends or meet new people whilst learning the dance everyone should know! Salsa is one of the most commonly danced club dances, and there are ample opportunities in Boston to practice the salsa skills you learn in this class.

  • On Fleek R&B and Pop Choreo

    Saturdays 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM

    Have fun, feel good, and increase confidence while getting a great workout! Come explore your sassy side with and bring out the dancer that you have always wanted to be! All levels are welcome!
