Fitness Class Descriptions
- Intro to Cardio Salsa
For those new to dance or Cardio Salsa, try this introductory class to learn the basic figures used in the Cardio Salsa class.
- Cardio Salsa
This low-impact but high-intensity workout combines the hot Latin rhythms of salsa, merengue, bachata, cha-cha, samba with traditional aerobic fitness class style steps. You’ll feel great after this full-body workout, be energized, (and not to mention - improve your heart rate, increase your stamina, and tone and shape your body), while having a blast! Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel. Let's get ready to shake those hips!
- Pilates
Pilates uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone and strengthen the body. This class combines pilates, yoga positions, and ballet to improve posture, balance, flexibility, breathing and coordination. By the end of the class, you’ll be relaxed and energized. This class is recommended for any type of dancer. Feel free to bring your own mat or use one of ours.
